An Invitation To Recognize Oneself as a "Work of Art"
by: Edward Naughton
Too often we see ourselves as ordinary - nothing special – and miss the surprise of our own unique beauty and how such a gift becomes a gift to others. Participants are invited to recognize their own uniqueness and beauty by sharing together in a guided process of viewing and responding to a painting followed by the experience of seeing themselves as a “Work of Art.”

Age is No Impediment to Fullness of Life
by: Edward Naughton
Through the exercise of remembering, looking at and listening to my life I begin to see who I am in my life journey -
What it means to be older, to become an “elder” in my own eyes and the eyes of others.
We are surprised by the realization that we are, perhaps, older than we ever thought we possible could be.
But we also recognize Life is not just about living but opening up the relationship of myself to myself and to others in being all that we can be.
One of the rewards we owe ourselves is to take time and be “at home!”- at home with ourselves – and rediscover that

Our Search for Home
by: Edward Naughton
Home is such a personally significant word, thought, memory and feeling for each of us.
In one sense it points backward toward the original experience of union - with Mother- Family - as the foundational seed of
a possible and ideal world. It also points forward urging us to bring to fruition in reality this hint and taste of what life can be.
“Being at home” though is not just about the memories of bygone days; it also speaks to the inner drive and necessity that sends us
looking for our truest selves and who we can be. It is that place within us that enables wholeness and peace in the midst of all of
the restlessness, risks and challenges of daily living. One of the rewards we owe ourselves is to take time and be “at home!”
